Today, 2 friends and I ate at tongs thai. It was delicious, we started off with a Thai crepe filled with shrimp and beef, than we moved on to 4 different rolls, which were quite good, than had pad Wu sen, a flat noodle dish which we ordered it spicy. The staff is always nice and welcoming.

First night of service
Well it was really slow, but I believe we have the potential to rock this place with amazing food. Hopefully in weeks to come we can show off this talent and rule the world.

Nose to Tail dinner on Sunday June 24,2012
This was probably the best dinner we've done so far, it show cased our talent and we were more comfortable. The Texas cooks co-op did an amazing job,showing their skills,talent and professionalism.

Sad day for a cook
You know you work so jard,blood,sear and tears as they say. You work with a team that goes through he'll with you and you return the favor, with a chef leading the way and you want to give 110%. But things get a little out of control and miscommunication is at hand everything somehow is you're fault, I truly am sorry for the way things ended. And I thank you for trying to make me a better cook.
